Such events include government action or inaction, new or revised legislation, conflict, embargoes, fire or flood, sabotage, accidents, war, natural disasters, strikes, or supplier failure to deliver. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively impact the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, and bans.

Payment

All products remain the property of Drugwise until fully paid. Applicable prices are based on the price on the day your order is placed. Shipping and payment fees are confirmed before confirming your purchase. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental permission to purchase from Drugwise.

All transfers made through Drugwise are processed and transacted through a dedicated third-party gateway for your security. Card information is not stored and all card information is encrypted using SSL. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of your chosen payment gateway, as they will be responsible for any transactions.

Local Taxes

Please note that local fees (sales tax, customs duties) may apply depending on your region and local customs duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Drugwise will also notify the customer if an equivalent product is available.
